What we work with
Between the five of us we cover most of what brings people to therapy. Each area below lists who here does that work, so you can arrive already knowing who you'd like to see.
Areas of practice
Every area, and who here does it.
Anxiety & burnout
The racing mind, the flat exhaustion underneath it, the job that's eaten everything else. We work on what's driving it, not just on breathing through it.
Marcus, Priya +1
Trauma & PTSD
Single incidents and the long, accumulated kind. EMDR and other trauma-focused approaches, at a pace that doesn't ask you to relive it to get better.
Renée
Couples & relationships
Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples who fight about everything and couples who've stopped talking. Both partners in the room, or each separately when that's what's needed.
Thea
Teens & families
Therapy for 13 and up that treats a teenager as the client, with parents properly looped in — and family sessions when the thing that needs to change is the household, not the kid.
Thea, Priya
Grief & loss
Recent losses and ones from years ago that never got any room. Including the losses people don't bring casseroles for: miscarriage, estrangement, a diagnosis.
Marcus, Sam
Perinatal mental health
Pregnancy, postpartum, fertility treatment, and loss. Certified perinatal care for the parts of new parenthood nobody warns you about.

The structure
How the work usually goes.
Different clinicians, same shape: a real match at the start, and a real check-in once you've had a chance to tell.
The match
You write in, our coordinator reads it, and you get one name, the reason for it, and two times that are genuinely open.
First sessions
Your clinician gets the history and the shape of what you want. You get a feel for whether this person is someone you can be honest with.
The fit check
We ask outright. Staying is common, switching is common, and neither one is awkward here.
The steady middle
The actual work, for as long as it's useful — and a clear conversation when it's time to taper rather than a slow fade.
